Bursting with lovely tiny bubbles, Nyetimber Rosé 2009 is a vibrant antique red rose colour with a hint of copper tones. Red mango, honey, hints of star anise, cardamom and alyssum aromas intermingle with flavours of red licorice, red cherry and currant. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the Nyetimber Rosé 2009 is high intensity, with a lovely round and full but soft texture. The finish is very long and full with red currant and hints of short crust pastry.
