At Sparkling English Wine we are passionate about England and the fantastic wines that are produced here. With a raft of experience in the wine industry and the internet, we want to provide a medium for customers to learn about, purchase and try the best that England has to offer, whilst at the same time helping producers continue to create fantastic, accessible wines.
Jeremy Cook | Managing Director
With a business management degree, Jeremy has worked in the hospitality industry managing five star hotels, and has over ten years experience working in wine retail and production. Jeremy has also worked as a sales and marketing director at an English sparkling wine producer. As a co-founder of Sparkling English Wine, Jeremy is hugely passionate about the future of English wines.

Tom Jones | Operations Director
Following five years working in project management in IT and media, and a MA in Digital Culture and Technology, Tom decided to ditch the rat race and headed to NZ to try his hand at winemaking at a large Marlborough producer. On his return, he took up a degree in Wine Production at Plumpton College. Tom has worked in the winery and vineyard management teams at a number of top English sparkling wine producers. Tom is a co-founder of Sparkling English Wine.

Tim Wills | Technical Director
Tim has been in the web business since the internet's infancy, co-founding a pioneering web hosting business in the late 90's, and working on a number of web start-ups during the "noughties". Nurturing a passion for wine over this time, he embarked on the foundation diploma in Wine Production at Plumpton College, graduating in 2011, and co-founding Sparkling English Wine as the company's Technical Director.
