The wine has a pale gold appearance with a small and delicate bead, leading onto a nose of melon, English apples and hints of yeast from the autolysis. The palate has a perfectly balanced sweetness / acidity ratio, offers a refreshing burst of bubbles and a freshness that is English through and through.

The Gribble Bridge Sparkling Rosé (2007) is made from single variety Gamay, and offers sweet summer fruits on the nose and a delicate, smooth juicy palate that is ideal for serving at summer barbecues.

The Gribble Bridge (named after the road on which the vineyard is set) Sparkling White is made in the traditional method, blending together Reichensteiner, Scheurebe, Pinot noir and Ortega varieties. A lovely, fresh and sophisticated palate is complemented by citrus nose and textured mousse.

Bolney Wine Estate's 2008 Blanc de blancs is a delightfully fresh wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The fine bubbles and fresh, fruity nose are complemented by the smooth, creamy citrusy palate and a good length that come from two and a half years of ageing on lees. This wine is a ideal partner to seafood, fish or white meats.

The Bolney Bubbly is a fresh and simple wine made from Muller Thürgau and Chardonnay, giving it a sweet apple palate. Again aged for 18 months on lees, this wine is delicate but accessible. Slightly sweet (but still Brut), nicely chilled, this is a perfect summer wine that will go ideally with your barbecue.

A unique RED sparkling wine, the Bolney Wine Estate Cuvée Noir 2009 offers a delicate mousse and fine bubbles with a deliciously deep, black cherry colour. Made from 100% Dornfelder in the traditional method and aged on lees for 18 months before release, the nose has hints of blueberry and fresh blackcurrants and has an element of sweetness on the palate of summer fruits and cream.

An exciting and different wine, offering the drinker a break from the norm with its lovely colour and pairs well with patés and cheeses.

Following 18 months ageing on lees, the Cuvée Rosé has light red fruits such as cherry on the nose. The palate is dry and offers a toasty brioche note. This traditional method English sparkling wine offers the drinker a light, refreshing and balanced drink, perfect for the warm summer afternoons...

There is also a hint of leather on the nose. The palate is dark fruits, plums and berries, which are balanced with good acidity and gentle tannins.

The Bolney Wine Estate Sirrius Rosé is another slightly different English sparkling wine. With Seyval blanc as the principal constituent variety, it is fresh and floral. Its colour and obvious elements of its flavours come from an addition of Merlot grapes, which give it a red fruitiness. With its 18 months of ageing on lees, it has a creaminess that matches the strawberry characteristics perfectly. There is a delicate level of sweetness (12g/l of residual sugar), which adds to the balance of this fresh and fruity wine.

Experience a fantastic selection from the Bolney Wine Estate brand. The Blanc de Blancs, followed by the Cuvée Rosé and red Cuvée Noir are selected to showcase the broad range of the sparkling wines produced at Bolney Wine Estate.

This wine, named after a former girlfriend of Peter, released in summer 2011 is a step away from the 100% Seyval Blanc that have been so successful over the many years. This wine has been created from 55% Seyval Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Noir and Meunier, giving it a delicious smoky and yeasty nose with hints of apples. The strong backbone of acidity and floral notes that are common in Seyval dominated wines is supported by apples, redcurrants and rose water.

At the time of disgorgement, Peter added a measured dosage of his delicious home-grown Cassis to produce a most wonderful pink sparkler, with a fine soft-rose colour and a delicate hint of blackcurrant. This English sparkling wine is perfect for those Champagne-style aperitifs before dinner!

We've put together two great value wines that offer you astounding quality for less. The Bolney Wine Estate Bolney Bubbly and Court Garden Classic Cuvée 2010 wines are two tremendous wines for you enjoy at an even lower cost than our single bottle prices.

The Carr Taylor Sparkling Brut 2008 is a delight to drink. A very accessible wine, the appearance is pale golden, and has a steady stream of bubbles. The nose is scintillating, with floral elements reminiscent of the Argentinan Torrontes wines, and slight hints of biscuit and butter. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a nice sweetness making it to the sweeter end of the brut scale. It could perhaps be paired with light curries..? A very appealing wine that is delicious to drink, and at £16.86, a very pleasing price too!

Aged for 3.5 years, from a blend of Chardonnay (48.4%), Pinot Noir (29%) and Pinot Meunier (22.3%), the Chinn Chinn has lovely golden yellow colour with a gentle stream of bubbles, opens up a nose that has mature, well developed characters such as toast, yeast and honey, but has gentle fruity flavours such as apple and melon. The Three Graces 2008, a classic blend of traditional Champagne varieties, Chardonnay (37%), Pinot noir (55%) and Pinot meunier (8%) is fresh and elegant. Danebury Vineyard's Cossack 2005 is a delightfully toasty wine made from 95% Auxerrois (a sibling of the Chardonnay grape) and 5% Rülander (aka Pinot gris). The nutty, biscuity nose is followed by a not overly fizzy mousse of delicate bubbles. The palate is fresh and has a good backbone of acid (from the Auxerrois) and a suitable fruity sweetness which rounds the wine off to be ideal to be served with food - cheese and biscuits, for example.
