Combining the flavours of the classic Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier, the Tickerage Blush 2009 has delicate bubbles, a fine mousse, and a soft pink hue. Combined with the summer fruits nose, this leads to fresh strawberries and cream on the palate. This wine excites the taste buds and is intended to be the perfect way to celebrate with friends and family.
Nyetimber Classic Cuvée 2008
The Classic Cuvée 2008 is a fresh and vibrant wine with a lovely amount of fruit, but at the same time, that classic Nyetimber style. The nose has a delicious buttery nose with fresh melons. The palate opens with a fabulous mousse that is very round. A delicate citrus undertone is ballasted by creaminess and melon. The wine has an excellent length with perfect balance and a long finish.
RidgeView Merret Victoria 2009
World-class English sparkling wine producers RidgeView have released a very special bottle of rosé, the Victoria, to commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubliee. Made using the saigné method from 63% Pinot meunier and 37% Pinot noir, this delicate wine has a pale salmon colour and an excellent quality of bubbles. The mousse which goes hand in hand with these bubbles is creamy and soft. The nose offers up delightful red fruit with elements of honey and toast, and the palate accentuates the red fruit. The Victoria has an extending length that is worthy of our Queen!

Bolney Wine Estate Blanc de Blancs 2008
Bolney Wine Estate's award-winning (IWSC 2012 gold outstanding trophy for the 07) 2008 Blanc de blancs is a delightfully fresh wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. This wine is a ideal partner to seafood, fish or white meats.
